HOOPLES is one of my favorite bars in Cleveland! It's a low-key bar right off the West Bank of The Flats. You wouldn't know if from the outside, but the view from inside the bar looking out is awesome. You get a great view of the city skyline. Thursday nights are one of the best kept secrets in town. GLEN SCHWARTZ plays there after 9pm. He is considered by many to be one of the top guitar players in the world. You may not get it on your first visit, but after a couple of Thursday night performances, you will appreciate the music and the bar. I had my 40th and 41st birthdays at HOOPLES and highly suggest you check it out!
